Born in Rio de Janeiro, Rose realized she had the gift of singing at a very early age. Rose is the great-grand daughter of the conductor Cupertino de Menezes and granddaughter of the guitar player Manuel de Menezes, both legends of the early Brazilian music. She started singing professionally with the Octeto Rio Orchestra performing in the musically wealthy nightclub scene of Rio. She studied vocal technique with Graciela di Salerno, Nancy Miranda and Suely Mesquita. She also studied theory and ear training at the lnstituto Vila Lobos and Centro de Instrução Musical Ian Guest. Rose graduated with a degree in Portuguese and Literature from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Rose Max won 7 times the International Brazilian Press Award for the “Best Female Brazilian Singer Residing and Performing in the USA”.

Ramatis began classical guitar studies at the age of seven. At the age of twelve he began performing professionally. Pretty soon, he found himself backing up the biggest names in Brazilian Popular Music (MPB), including Roberto Menescal, Johny Alf, Peri Ribeiro, Maria Creuza, Claudia Telles, Elizete Cardoso, João Nogueira, Roberto Ribeiro, Jovelina Pérola Negra, João de Aquino, Marcus Moura, Moreira da Silva, Golden Boys, Tim Maia and many others.

Ramatis studied music at the Estácio de Sá University and was later tutored by the legendary Maestro Aristides Santos.
Ramatis is considered one of today’s biggest Bossa Nova guitarist/bassist in the US and has been living in Miami for the past 16 years, playing  at the most prestigious local venues .

He is also a songwriter, producer and arranger, he was a former of Warner Chappell Publishing.

Dr. Jeremy Fox earned his B.M. degree in Piano-Jazz Studies from Western Michigan University, and his M.M. and D.M.A. in Jazz Composition from the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami.  For 8 years, Jeremy was a full-time instructor at The School for Music Vocations, conducting vocal and instrumental ensembles alongside renowned arrangers Phil Mattson and Jason Smith. He is thrilled to have returned to teach full time at The School for Music Vocations, back since 2017. Jeremy has been the recipient of 11 awards from Downbeat magazine, including ones for: Jazz Song, Jazz Arrangement, Studio Engineering, and for his Vocal Jazz Groups.

Jamie has been one of the most in-demand bassists in South Florida since he moved to Miami in the fall of 1998 to attend graduate school in the Jazz program of the University of Miami. He has since completed his Doctorate of Musical Arts in Jazz Bass Performance and continues to perform and teach locally and internationally.

Jamie has performed with many artists for celebrities, dignitaries, and heads of state and also performed at many international jazz festivals. Jamie has released two C.D.s as a leader. Both were recorded in Japan and Miami and feature primarily original compositions.

Carlomagno was born in San José, Costa Rica. At fourteen, he began musical training in classical percussion and started his professional career as a drummer at 18. He moved to Miami in 1992 where he was awarded several full scholarships to study music. At the "Frost School of Music" at the University of Miami he earned his B.A., M.A. and D.M.A. in Jazz Studies. As a producer, session, and touring musician, he has worked on recording projects and live performances of the most diverse nature. Carlomagno's work can be heard on albums that have won Grammy, multiple Latin Grammy awards, and nominations.

Michael was born in Reading, Pennsylvania. He began studying piano at the age of 7. Michael was given a full arts scholarship to study at Miami Dade Community College-South Campus  from 1984-86. While at MDCC-S, Michael performed in the Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of John Georgini, and recorded on their album, "Top Secret." (1986). Michael graduated with an Associate of Arts degree (1986). From there Michael went on to study, under full scholarship, at the University of Miami. While there, he studied with well-known jazz educators. Michael received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Jazz performance (1989) & his Master's degree in 1992.
