In 2017, the National University of Costa Rica, through the Institute of Latin American Studies (Idela), the technical section of La Reforma (CAI), and the Ministry of Justice and Peace of Costa Rica (MJP) assumed a role in raising awareness and improve the conditions of persons deprived of liberty.
Laboratory of Creativity
"Based on three pillars: pedagogy, transformation, and freedom, the "Laboratory of Creativity" is much more than a poetry workshop in prison; it is, rather, a process of emancipatory education, which allows people to regain control of their life decisions and learn to live in peace and freedom."

The National University of Costa Rica's School of Music, under the direction of Nuria Zúñiga, in conjunction with the "Vice Rectoría de Docencia" through its "Rector," Norman Solórzano, appointed Professor Carlomagno Araya as the artistic and music producer responsible for giving life to this album.
